SMS Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-25
Message frequency, carrier charges, supported carriers, and STOP/HELP handling.
What you are agreeing to
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Longevix at that number. These may include appointment and visit reminders, shipment and tracking updates, refill and renewal notices, and account or billing alerts.
Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your activity — typically a few messages per month, more around a new order or a scheduled visit.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not Longevix, sets those charges.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages, except where a message is required to deliver care you have already requested.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@longevix.io.
Carriers
Supported on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery cannot be assured.
Health information in messages
Text messaging is not a secure channel. We keep clinical detail out of SMS and use it for logistics and prompts, directing you to the secure portal for anything clinical. Do not send medical questions or personal health details by text — use secure messaging in your account.
Changing your number
Tell us if your mobile number changes. Numbers are reassigned, and we do not want your messages going to someone else.
Superseded versions of this document remain available at a dated URL so it is always possible to establish which terms applied on a given date.
