One starting charge, then one monthly price
You pay us directly. We do not bill insurance, and there is no separate lab invoice arriving weeks later. The starting charge covers your clinician evaluation and your first month. The monthly plan covers everything after that.

- Shipping, and follow-up messaging with your care team
Charged once, at the start. If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you, the medication portion is refunded.
Then, per programme
Each plan includes medication where prescribed, scheduled monitoring bloodwork, provider reviews and messaging. Cancel any time.

Quarterly and annual figures show the effective monthly rate when paid in advance. Availability varies by state and eligibility is confirmed during your evaluation.
What is not included
- Specialist referrals, imaging and care outside your programme
- Advanced or additional laboratory panels beyond the standard schedule
- Branded GLP-1 medication, where the manufacturer sets the cash price directly
Why we charge to start
The clinician evaluation is the thing that makes this a clinical service rather than an order form, and it costs real money before anyone has been prescribed anything. Charging for it up front is how it stays mandatory rather than optional.
